Payment
Payment is to be made at the time of purchase using Paypal, Direct checkout with your bank card. Alternatively a payment link can be sent via SumUp or direct bank transfers can be arranged if required.
International transactions may incur import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs may be payable to the carrier either before or at the point of delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
All items purchased through this website will be posted to the confirmed address provided to us through your PayPal account. It is your responsibility to ensure that this is up to date and correct. If paying via PayPal, we are unable to send items to addresses other than the one confirmed to us by PayPal.
Items will be posted within two business days of purchase on most items. Some items may take longer if it is required to be altered. We post items Monday-Friday.
All jewellery and Gingko Gift Voucher orders of £50 and over will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK the cost of this will automatically be added at the checkout. This guarantees next day delivery by 1pm once item has been posted. Orders under £50 will be sent via 2nd class signed for with an estimated delivery time of 2/3 days. For an additional cost, 1st class signed for or Special delivery can be added to orders under £50, if required,please add either option via the relevant button. Dispatch will take place within two business days after payment has been confirmed, unless your item is being customised.
Course and gift vouchers will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st class at current rates for a small letter.
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Signed. Estimated delivery times 5-7 days

We can not be held responsible for customs fees/Taxes or customs holding up items that leave the UK.
Please note that the post times are reliant on Royal Mail.
We will confirm the dispatch by email as soon as item is posted
Please allow longer during busy holiday periods.
International buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes in their own country.
Courses and Workshops
WORKSHOP & CERTIFICATION COURSE PAYMENT TERMS
One day and half day workshops must be paid for in full via bank transfer when booking to reserve a place.
A £200 non refundable deposit must be paid for all Certification courses upon booking, the final balance must be received prior to attending the first course day. Payment details will be confirmed upon booking.
Please note, workshops fees are non-refundable and are allocated on first come first served basis. If you inform us at least 7days prior to the workshop date, we will try our best to find a replacement student however if this is not possible, no refund will be given and you may not be able to re-schedule or transfer to another workshop. It could be possible for you to send someone in your place. In this case please provide their name, phone number and email address as soon and possible before the workshop by email to [email protected] . Random people will not be accepted on the day!
Certification Course deposits and fees are not refundable and we are unable to transfer places to a different student.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP/COURSE
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course or workshop due to reasonable circumstances beyond our control. We will give you as much notice as possible by contacting you on the email address you gave us when you registered. Under these circumstances, we will happily refund the cost or transfer you to a future equivalent workshop/course of equal value.
Ginkgo Gift Vouchers
Ginkgo Gift vouchers can be redeemed in exchange for items for sale at any of our craft stalls as well as payment towards courses and workshops. At present we are unable to accept them for online purchases. They may not be exchanged for cash and are valid for one year.
Ginkgo Gift Vouchers bought online will be posted to your confirmed PayPal address.
Refunds and Exchanges for Items bought online
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us via email to [email protected] if you are not happy within 14 days of you receiving an item from us.
Whilst we are meticulous about the quality of workmanship of all of our jewellery, accidents can happen during transit so please check items prior to signing for, especially if the packaging looks damaged.
If any item is found to be faulty please contact us at [email protected] to describe the nature of the fault. Under your statutory rights, you will be offered a repair, credit note or a full refund will be issued using the same method of original payment. In this instance we will pay return shipping cost.
Please note that general wear a tear or misuse is not considered a fault and items may need to be inspected prior to a refund being given.
If you have changed you mind for any other reason and the item is returned in the same condition within 14 days of your order a refund will be issued less the shipping cost.(With the exception of earrings which due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned, personalised, customised and bespoke orders are also excluded from our returns
Refunds for online purchases are made within 14 days of receipt of the satisfactory returned item.
Please be aware that all of our items are one off pieces. Whilst we endeavour to remove sold items from the website as soon as possible, there maybe occasion where the item you have ordered has already been sold. In this instance we will inform you and offer a full immediate refund.
Exchange & returns for items bought in person at one of our stalls
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us via email to [email protected] if you are not happy within 14 days of you receiving an item from us.

We will endeavour to reply within 24hours and will advise you to bring the item back to the stall. Under your statutory rights, you will be offered a repair, credit note or a full refund will be issued using the same method of original payment.

If you have changed your mind or have bought the item as a gift which has been unwanted, then the item may be exchanged for one of equal value at the stall. Under these circumstances we do not offer refunds for items bought in person however a credit note may be offered to be used at a later date if there is no current suitable alternative
