Your holiday

During this 3 day workshop, you will use a combination of silver clay; silver paste; silver syringe; and dichroic glass to create your own stunning collection of pure 99.9% silver and glass jewellery. All materials and use of tools are included in the price.

Monday 19th October

Tuesday 20th October
8.00am - 9.30am - Breakfast
10.00am - 12.30am - Natural Leaf Pendant.
Find a leaf from the garden, then coat with silver paste to create your own unique pendant.
1.30pm - 4.00pm - Twist Ring.
Using Silver Art Clay, you will make a solid silver twist ring to your chosen size - for yourself or that someone special.
7.30pm Dinner

Wednesday 21st October
8.00am - 9.30am Breakfast
10am - 12.30pm - Dichroic Glass.
This session will comprise the selection, cutting and fusing of a variety of dichroic glass patterns, in preparation for the afternoon activity.
1.30pm - 4.00pm - Designer Pendant and Earrings
Wrapping one or two of your glass cabachons with silver, you will be designing and creating both your own glass and silver pendant and ear-rings.
7.30pm - Dinner

Thursday 22nd October
8.00am - 9.30am - Breakfast
10.00am - 12.30pm - Solid Silver Jewellery.
Adapting techniques learnt from earlier sessions, you have the opportunity, using Silver Art Clay, to design and make a pendant and earring set, or a pair of cufflinks.
1.30pm - 4.00pm - Filigree Silver Jewellery.
Using a combination of Art Clay syringe and paste over cork clay, you will have the choice of making either a ring, pendant, or ear-rings.
7.30pm - Dinner
